To submit a service request New Vehicle Registration please make sure to review the information below

• You will need your traffic code and Emirates ID
• Ensure you have an active mobile number and mobile device with you.
• Prepare the documents required
  Individual

  • Copy of Emirates ID

  (You may prepare any of the below mentioned documents)

  • Customs Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Export Certificate
  • Possession Certificate
  • Official Letters (Armed Forces/ Municipalities/Police)
  • Sale Contract from Agent/Dealer
  • GCC Standards Certificate
  • Official letter certified by the two companies (seller and buyer)
  • Approval from the Security Industries Corporation to register rental vehicles

  Additional document if its a tansaction for organization

  • Trade License
  • A copy of the establishment contract and copy of authorized signatory
  • Front copy of Emirates ID - Authorized Signatory Partner
• If you are submitting the request on behalf of someone or as an organisation representative you will have to prepare additional documents
  • Power Attorney
• If you are an agent or dealership submitting this request on behalf of your customer.
  • Please make sure you input the customer's identity, vehicle information and ownership documents, not your own.
• Select customer service centre you will visit to complete this transaction
  • Select a nearby customer service centre where you will complete the transaction.
