• 3 cars can be added into one card if under the same traffic file number

• This permit is valid in Dubai public parking only

• This permit is NOT fit to use in Dubai Media City & fish market in (Deira)

• The permit shall be posted on a visible part of the front windshield.

• In case a card is damaged or lost, please refer to Parking Department (RTA), or call toll free no 8009090

• It is not allowed for all kind of trucks such as pick-up and buses to use the permit

• It is not allowed to copy the permit or use it instead of the original card and it is not allowed to bind it for any reason.

• The issued card is not refundable and can not be replaced with another category

• Parking Permit - My Parking General (A)- Applicable for vehicle in designated parking areas marked with A,B,C,D.

• Parking Permit - My Parking Areas (B)- Applicable for vehicle in designated parking areas marked with B,D only.

• Please note: Seasonal parking permit - My Parking General (A)- cannot be amended to - My Parking Areas (B)- card. However, - My Parking Areas (B)- can be upgraded to - My Parking General (A)- parking permits by: - Filling a relevant application form in customer services. - Providing vehicle registration card. - Paying relevant charges.

• Seasonal parking permits can be also be replaced or amended by: - Providing vehicle registration card. - Payment of AED 120 fee

• Seasonal Parking Permit, General exclusions: Please note that this permit does not allow you to park in the following areas: Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Knowledge village, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Diera Fish market and the Gold Souq.
